By accessing or using Developer & Data Utility Hub (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

All tools on the Site are free to use. No account, subscription or payment is required, and there are no usage caps. We may add, change or remove tools at any time without prior notice.

The Site and all tools, features and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, complete or suitable for any purpose.

You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it. Generated code, database scripts, financial exports (e.g. QuickBooks), pricing estimates and webhook payloads are drafts — review them against your own requirements, schemas and current vendor pricing before production use. Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

The Site’s branding, layout and original code remain ours. The tools process your data locally — we claim no rights over your inputs or the outputs generated from them. Outputs are yours to use however you like.

We may update these terms occasionally; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
